change up your milk from skim to 2%, and if you are already doing that then from 2% to full fat. it helps. A LOT. odds are you are low on protein. is your hair falling out more than normal too?

you really do not need a machine when your body weight is so readily available to help you. the only piece of equipment you should invest in cuz it's fun and gets good results, is a hoola hoop. ;)

generally i feel that buying all fresh fruits and veggies is much cheaper than buying anything packaged , prechopped or frozen. it is also much more delicious and healthy for you. ABS: obvs you can do things such as sit ups, planks etc for your stomach BUT if you keep your core tight all thru the day, and all thru your cardio and weightraining this will help lots and lots. belly tight ALL DAY, will be one of your best things to do. i also high reccomend yoga for both of your toning desired body…

i just read that article that says that if you are hungry you can visualize yourself eating the things you want (ex. M&M's) they give and example of picturing self slowly eating 30 M&Ms taking about 10 min to do it. at the end of the 10 min, your craving is supposed to have gone away. I have not tried this yet

i dont know.... i think that eating 300 calories of chocolate will feed you differently than eating 300 calories worth of cabbage. sugar turns to fat. it's simple. People who eat clean can actually consume a fairly high calorie diet.

hey peachy! I am SO not a runner and last year i learned and slowly trained to running 5 km on a regular. its actually easier than it seems. I am now working on improving the speed. message me if you want to know how I did it. ;) I am going to start out with pushups today. real pushups. I am highly dreading it.
