  • Yes, rarely if ever do I go above 1500 calories. I am allowed 1800 calories a day to lose about 1 lb a week. I have never been close to that number though.
  • Yea, pretty much stay close to 130. It fluctuates like normal. My performance has gotten better depending on the day. I'll try to allow more recovery time. Thanks!
  • Thanks for the info! I'll definitely give myself more time. Any advice on how to better fuel my body? Supposedly supposed to be taking in around 1500 cal a day, but I'm having a hard time eating that much. I tend to get full pretty quickly and stay full feeling for a while after( good thing I guess).
