I could have used this thread last night! I was way under (like almost 300 calories) but I was full and didn't know what to do. A glass of apple juice was the best I could do but it didn't do much for my calories. I'll certainly try peanut butter next time although I'm not a fan of it on celery :-/

I refuse to give up much of anything lol. I'll exercise portion control but that's the best I'm willing to do.. If I had to choose on thing though, it would be white bread. I just can't stomach wheat or whole grain :sick:

Well, I just did my first workout with kettlebells yesterday. I used a 20 lb kettlebell, series of 5-6 exercises, 3 rounds, 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest for a total of 25 minutes. I also jumped roped for maybe 5 minutes to warm up. I burned 318 calories.

This morning was Fire 45. I only got through 34 minutes of it. This Fire 45 just kicks my a** so bad lol. I'm getting closer to finishing it though YAY!!

I agree. I don't get a lot of comments but I do get some and it makes me happy. I'll add you and comment. It's definitely a great motivator and encouragement is awesome.

I was the same way after 2 weeks of not seeing the scale move. I've stopped getting on it. It's a serious deterrent for me I swear. I actually caught myself slipping because the scale wasn't doing what I thought it should be. Don't give up. WE CAN DO THIS!!

As everyone else has said-whatever YOU are comfortable in! Who cares what everyone else will think? The way I see it, we're at the beach to have a good time not worry about who has on what and why. Anyone that has time to do so is lame. Put on your bikini and have a blast!!

I was torn between the FT4 and FT7. I went with the FT7-ended up costing around the same as the FT4 on amazon...haven't gotten it yet so I don't know how it'll work but I spent $74 with free shipping.

I'm 5'3 with curves for days. My first GW is 135 with 128 being my ultimate. Anything less and I'll be bobbleheading it for sure.
