Good job in recognising your disorder. I am not qualified to help and I'm not on here any where near enough to help but I would suggest reading up on EDNOS http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eating_disorder_not_otherwise_specified Good luck on your journey to recovery x

Loved it. Like everyone else I was worried they were going to ruin it but I thought it was really sympathetically re-done. Looking forward to the next episodes!

I draw when I get the time, I used to work a lot with PS but I don't have a working tablet right now so I have really neglected it. I am also an art school drop out (much to the amusement of my husband who completed art school with a degree in fine art!) Feel free to add me, I have already stalked and added a few of you…

I know I feel sick if I run on an empty stomach, I also feel light headed so I try to eat a small something about 30 minutes before I go out.

You have to want it. I found that I struggle more if I don't want to do it. I HAVE to walk my dogs but I can't be assed half the time, however because they NEED walking I get out and do it...And when I am out, I love it. It's the same with running, I don't NEED to run but I know I enjoy it so I just find you have to almost…

My dogs eat poo...all the time...I live in the countryside so they have a lot to choose from...not that weird, just gross! My cat eats elastic bands/hair bands all the time, we have to keep them under lock and key now! Weirdest thing my dog has ever eaten though if probably the wall...and the carpet...again not too weird…

I know what you mean, after I lost around 56lb I felt exactly the same. I still pick up size 16 (uk) clothes and think "that will fit" and it's only when I stop and think about it that I realise I am now a size 8-10 (uk)...I get some pretty weird looks when I am clothes shopping! I still get "fat days" where I wear my…

Excuse my ignorance but is your calorie goal set to 650 per day? That seems very low if thats the case!

I have no words...seriously....Awesome job

Same here! I will sometimes make sure I have a lighter lunch or tea so I can fit in a chocolate bar lol. Not the best choice but I love them lol

I thought so :)

Hm not sure I can answer this, I have lost around 4 stone since I have started dieting and I always eat chocolate. I know it isn't great for me but I would go mental with out a sugar pick-me-up!

My husband motivates me by saying how nice I look. the other day he was saying he was looking at me when I was asleep and had to wake me up to tell me how beautiful I looked. He can be a real sweet heart sometimes :)
