  • I am vegan for about six months, was vegetarian for about 4 years. I still slip once in awhile. More and more, I do not even like the taste of the foods I used to crave. I feel so much better. I do not have cravings and I do not get drowsy in the afternoon. Feel free to add me as a friend.

  • Did you measure your your neck, waist, and hips when you signed up? I joined in February. After 2 months, I thought I should have lost more, so I remeasured myself. I had lost a total of 7.5 inches. Good luck!
