I find right after my first week of starting all over again(for the millionth time) I get discouraged. I like the idea of the 8 to 8 but I find that I have to stop eating after dinner. I measure out my meal, eat it, have my desert(I have a sweet tooth) in the same setting and my kitchen is closed from that usually after about 6:30 P.M. Because once I start the snack after dinner I just cant stop.

Thank you all for your responses!! I have found a few that I am going to try out starting this week and a few more that I hope to get when I have a little bit more money :) So far my favorite is the Extreme Makeover workout.
