I havnt lost anything, but I guess its good that I havnt gained. The best thing Ive learned through all this is how to eat!!!!!! I can maintain so I guess thats a good thing lol I know that Its impossible for me to lose at this point unless I exercise because Im deff not going to starve myself to get there.

Its taken almost 10 months. Still have about 10lbs to Go. Hopefully I can do that by January.

Im not maintaing yet, I still want to lose another 10ish lbs. and more body fat .... I did it with both, exerise and diet, had alot of ups and downs but just kept going.

I havnt been around much to get on and encourage all of you but Im still here and peeking at everyones progress when I get the time. I lost 5 lbs this round and so happy with that. Im in for round 4 although really busy I will try harder to get more involved and really push for that 10 this time!!!!

Im 5'2 and started in January at 183. Im now 139 My goal weight is 125 ish. I havnt got anynew pics though.

Not so good. Ive been holding at the same weight for 3 weeks. I know its my fault and I will change that. Starting 30DS again today...hope getting back at that will help break this hold. Its getting me down I have to keep reminding myself not to give up Ive come so far and dont want to go back to were I was when I started.

Im 5''2 with a medium frame and look the best at 120 125 Im 140 right now and goal of 125 and see when I get there. My mid section is were I hold all my weight so I look bigger than I am I think anyway. Im also a size 12-13 in pants because of my apple shape it sucks. They hang off my but and legs but fit in the waist

My life got hectic as soon as the second round challange started lol. I know its not an excuse but its hard to work out when you only get 4 hours sleep on average every two days. but Im still trucking and doing good food wise, ive only lost 1 lbs but Ill take it any day over gaining !!!!!!!!! congrats to those who are…

Good work for thoes who have lost !!!!! I didnt lose anything and I expected that. Ive been doing terrible, gotten back into some old habbitts added to no time to work out but Im going to change that today. Going right now to work out and cutting out bread and beer for a couple weeks !

Today I did measurments and have lost 9.5 inches total from my body since starting the first round of this challange !!!!

The other day I chopped up a bunch of red peppers I had in the freezer with some chopped onions put them in the oven till they were nice and roasted then mixed it up with garlic, Mrs. Dash and cottage cheese let it cook for 5 more mins and it was seriously yummmmmie!!!

Some days I eat some, some days I eat them all and some days I eat none. but I do it day to day and week by week. I know on the weekends or if we have a special day planned I will go over so I do a weekly average insted of daily. I find its working for me this way and I still get to enjoy everything I use too.

I ended up with 7lbs lost and very happy with that. I think I could have reached the 10 if I hadnt been sick for a week and went on vacay for a week but all in all not too damn shabby!!!!

LIKE!!!!! im goin away but Im im brining my scale lol Im going to be adding in some running and hopefully get in my regular exercise too. Im running in the woods so If a bear bites one of my arms off I just might blast that 10lbs plus some. lol (really, I just scared myself saying that lol)
