So today is my 28th B-day and I had set a goal for 50lbs for today, I didnt get to my goal but damn close and Im very happy wih my progress so far.... I started January at 183 and today at 136..........some pics in my birthday dress......and me in a dress is a very rare occasion lol Before 183 and now at 136

How is everyone doing ?
This week I have been really good with my eating habbits. Exercise I have been slacking but I feel good anyway. I really doubt I will hit the 10lbs but any loss is still great !!!! hope everyone is doing good and going strong.
