So today is my 28th B-day and I had set a goal for 50lbs for today, I didnt get to my goal but damn close and Im very happy wih my progress so far....

I started January at 183 and today at 136..........some pics in my birthday dress......and me in a dress is a very rare occasion lol

    What is your plan for maintaining the weight you are at now? Did you do it all through dietary changes and / or exercise? I am just at the beginning of my journey. Have a great day!

    Im not maintaing yet, I still want to lose another 10ish lbs. and more body fat .... I did it with both, exerise and diet, had alot of ups and downs but just kept going.
