    Hitting the goal for me is not the important part having a goal and working towards it is most important I have missed almost every goal I have set by a week some by as much as a month but eventually I drop under all of them right now I just hit a get under 200 pounds and be under a 40 pant size goal I had set for weeks ago but I got here just this morning as Mondays are official day.
    Happy birthday and keep working on be lighter and healthier congrats on your 47 pounds I am sure you earned every one of them
