Im on the last level of 30DS and wondering what to do next?
I want something different that I can do at home, something free on the internet is better!!!!

    It's not free but her Extreme Shed and Shred is REALLY good. Kind of the same principle, but much harder and also longer. :)

    Great job finishing the Shred!!! Are you posting before after pics in the BG MFP thread? (I'm Mrs. Post-tato Head by the way) LOL

    Not dont yet. Just on day one level 3. lol
    I will post even though I dont think theres much of a difference. I will post my measurments too.

    I will look into the extreme shred and shred. I was thinking of Ripped in 30, I found it online.
