Ladies lets talk period problems!

I never really focused on my period, it just came and went, I ate when I was hungry or didnt when I wasnt and didnt worry or think about it.
Now that im trying really hard to lose weight and get healthy, I hate that time of the month.
Im so hungry two days before I want to eat everything I see or smell. Im a crazy ***** because Im so hungry, I try to controll the cravings and munch on healthy things, but its so dang hard when all I want to do is eat a whole pizza and a loaf of bread. lol
and then when AF hits I dont want to eat anything. I feel sick and nausseous at the site and smell of food, I struggle to get in the cals I know I need.
anyone else ?

So eat a lot during the two days before, and then don't eat much on the days you aren't hungry. Seems to me like it should balance out just fine.0

sounds like a plan, my body and belly would be happy with this, its just the struggle in my head telling me not to over eat. lol0 -
The only "problem" I have is the bloating. I'd have to drink about 200 ounces a day to get rid of it, but I'm just not willing to do that for something that will go away on its own in a couple of days. I agree with ElizabethRoad. Try to find a way to balance it.0
