Im on the last day tomorrow and I loved it. It was really hard in the begining but got easier, I still do some of the modyfied moves, but I see a big difference in the mirror and how my clothes fit. Not new years but I started on boxing day and joined MFP in Feb. Im 30lbs down and going strong. Love the new person I have become and taking my health and happiness in my own hands insted of waiting for miracles...lol

Im wondering the same my arms are the last to lose and have always been to flabby and too big for my body. I dont have access to a gym or money for weights so is there anything I might have in my house I could use to do these exercises. Ive tried my toddler but hes too wiggly !!! lol

My goal for this week is 2lbs although I am doubtfull we shall see. lol Im done the 30DS on Friday so I will measure and see if ive dropped inches because that will motivate me!!

For the first week Im down 1lb. Thats average for me. I was hoping for more but any step in the down direction is awesome!!!!

My goal is 125 ish. lol I say 125 ish because at 5 foot 2 and medium built frame anything from 119-129 is a good weight according to my doc, so Im aiming for somewhere in the middle, but we will see how it goes, if I get to 130 and feel good I might stop there. Its just something to aim for !

Alright staying in my calories but getting low on groceries so didnt eat too well today, ate some bottom of freezer, who knows how long its been there, boxed meals. LOL . Shopping tomorrow :) I think I could be getting in more exercise so I will try harder on that the next couple days.
