Yes I think its temporary. Your weight can fluctuate alot during your period. and for a funny Maybe TMI exapmle this morning I jumped on the scale and it said 167 Then I took a poop and jumped back on the scale and it was 164. Thank you . I change my routine eveyday, I rarely do the same thing. I did the 30 day shred 5 days this week, 30-40 mins everyday on my wii fit doing free step, running, hula hoop and boxing. I also walk 15-40 mins a day depending on what I feel like. so its not that intense.

Im just 5'2' and Im 165. Ive lost 18 pounds since christmas so 3 months Im going for 40-45 more. I have a closet full of clothes from before I had my second child that I am determind to fit into. Im not setting a time limit though, when I get there I get there, hopefully within this year.

I use to be one to jump on the diet fad and diet pill boat, but learned my lesson . it dosnt work you gain the weight right back. So this time around Im doing it the right way. 3 months in and 18 pounds down, Slow and steady Exercise and eating healthy. so far so good.

I said Im in. lol Im not changing anything to do it though Im going to stick with what Ive been doing just adding a little more exercise, was going to up it anyways so If I lose 2-3-10 pounds whatever .
