The goal that is pushing me right now is having my black belt. I just received a invitation to grade for my black belt in September. This has kept me on track because its so much more about my health and being fit then it is about the scale.

Im from Hamilton Ontario. We have beautiful hiking trails that I walk or cycle in the summer and snow shoe in the winter. Nothing compares to the mountains though...

I am doing the c25k to get ready for a 5k run in nov. I train c25k in morn 3 days a week, do a bootcamp 2 days a week and try to rollerblade and do the stairs at least once a week .

wow girl! I love hearing stories about doing it on your own. I buy books and mags to give me that "secret" and it all comes down to clean eating and any kind of exercise. Thank you so much for the reminder that all I need is me!!!

You will not taste spinach and it will give you so much energy. I thought the same thing when my trainer told me to do this.

If u like coconut. Try chocolate protien (1 serving), water (1 cup), 4 or 5 ice cubes, 2 tbsp of liberte coconut yogurt. Sometimes I use dark chocolate almond milk instead of water.....soooooo goooooood!!!
