OK, thanks. I got the protein down and now I am going to up my calories. I think this might help with the recovery too.

What ever happened to those Dorito's 3D Jalapeño? I would pay anything for a bag of those bad boys... no matter dangerously past their shelf life they might be.

what about mixing greek yogurt with siome fruit or whole grain cereal? Cant go wrong with some of those chobani's

load up on fluids and vitamin C. And REST!!! A lack-luster workout isn't going to help you much plus, your body needs to focus on fighting off infection rather than recovering from a wourkout. It will do you more good for the race to be at 100% health than to get an extra train in before the race.

I hope your kids feel better. I would recomend carnation instant breakfasts. if he can handle the milk you can blend them up with some ice and make it nice and cool. When i was crazy sick i also ate cream of wheat.... but i doubt most kids would eat it. Chocolate wheats are good though!
