Entering in work calories.
Ok, so I work at a bank full time so 5 days a week I would say my job qualifies me as sedentary. But, on the weekends I work part-time in various retail stores as a brand rep. That has me on my feet walking around for anywhere from 5-7 hours each day on Saturday and Sunday. My question is would you enter in some calories…

Good home core workout
I think that while i remain in my 20's i would like to take a shot at a six pack. But, I have yet to find a good regimen for a core workout at home. I know I could do a million crunches every day, but i need some other ones. Planks seem to kill my lower back so they are a no go. Suggestions?

low fat sheese for flat bread pizza?
I wish i could edit the post title, make that lowfact cheese because i am not sure that "sheese" exists. Has anyone found a good lowfat cheese (and where you found it)? I cant seem to locate a decent low calories/lowfat sprinkle cheese to top my homemade pizzas with.

has anyone used the mio aplha?
I am considering getting a watch with a HRM, but this one seems a little pricey. I just want an accurate HRM without the chest strap which just gets in the way when I am working out. I would like something that i can wear all day and it would give me my calories for the day.

steaming veggies
I have been reading up on preparing veggies. I can't always grill them and apparently me boiling them just sucks all of the water soluble vitamins out. So my question is... is there some easy way to steam them? I have never steamed veggies.

My question is if I am doing all of this exercise 5 days a week should I be eating to a deficit? I had set up my Food diary…

My heart dont stand a chance (sodium is going to get me)
I was wondering of anyone else has their tracker listing sodium? I am apparently almost always double my sodium recomended intake even though I am eating a balanced macro ratio and don't really do many unhealthy snacks. Just wondering how others do on this.
