I was wondering of anyone else has their tracker listing sodium?

I am apparently almost always double my sodium recomended intake even though I am eating a balanced macro ratio and don't really do many unhealthy snacks.

Just wondering how others do on this.

    Eliminate most processed foods that come in bottles, boxes or cans (unless they're no salt added) and you won't have a huge problem. It is frustrating, though, how hard it is to find foods like beans and tomatoes in cans without significant amounts of sodium.
