Ok so how do I change my calorie setting for MFP?? Its not a huge change doing it this way but about 200 and I'm gonna give it a try if I can just figure out how to change it lol.

you can only do what you can do, habits take awhile to create so they are gonna take awhile to break, I've been working on my healthy eating and exercise and then I will slowly tackle quitting smoking, it's hard to do it all at once, take pride in small steps!!!

I use the visalus protein powder right now, was giving it a try, it tastes really good, my fave is to put a scoop of cocoa and some frozen strawberries, I also like peanut butter and strawberries.

How refreshing to see that you all feel the same as I do about the scale, I thought I was struggling alone. I am so obsessive about it and it's so silly, Im gonna give it my best shot.
