strawberry waffles with almond butter
well that's pretty much the recipe, simple and I love it for a midmorning snack 1 whole wheat waffle toasted 1-2 tsp almond butter sliced strawberries toast waffle and spread almond butter and serve strawberries over top.

NIKE Training App
Not advertising or anything, just wanted to pass along some info, I downloaded the Nike Training App and love the workouts, there is a huge variety at varying levels and intensities. Its for women and I really enjoy it as it has step by step instructions and video's. Worth looking into.
