That's how I feel!! Ive been working on my health for a couple weeks now and all's that's happened is I've become obsessed with the scale and LACK OF CHANGE, I know it's not just about scale numbers, but I've even tried measuring with no change, if anything I've gained back a pound that I already lost. Waaaaahhhhhh!!! I'm frustrated. I've been working out hard, I'm talking cardio (walking, running, elliptical) and weight lifting about 4 times a week, (I do see a change in my shoulders and arms so I guess that's a bonus), but I've become obsessed with the scale, stepping on it every chance I get (another thing I know can have very negative results) I am obsessed with MFP boards and have been reading and reading all the info I can find, I've come to a bit of conclusion that maybe my calorie intake has been a little low so I've upped that and been paying attention to my proteins and fibers and quality of food. STILL NO CHANGES!! I'm not dumb to this at all, I know tons about nutrition and healthy foods and choices, I'm an avid learner/reader, I know lots about working out and I research things sometimes obsessively. I'm so disappointed in myself that there is no changes in about a month (MFP for two weeks but I've been focusing on my health again for over a month.) My husband says he notices a change in my body but I think he is just being nice and supportive, wouldn't the scale or at least the tape measure reflect that??? UGH I'm just frustrated, I feel like I'm trying so hard and wasting my time :( Sorry, I just needed a vent :( Thanks for listening.

The scale for me hasn't moved in weeks (almost 8 weeks now!)... but my clothes are starting to fit nicely.

Keep at it, don't give up, be consistent and be patient, it will pay off!!
