I was about 110 and 5'10". Back then I could eat whatever I want and not gain anything. Now I'm 118.5 (lost 10 lbs since starting MFP!) and I'm happy with where I am but wouldn't mind being as tiny as I was in high school again!

I try not to think about it, but when I was running a race today I noticed that I had one inhale and exhale for every three steps. So that's twice as fast as everyone says you should breathe, but it was fine for me. It's whatever you're comfortable with I guess.

I love my arms and legs! They stay skinny no matter how much weight I gain, so if I'm feeling fat I can throw on a baggy dress and look skinny because of my limbs!

I do each of the following twice a week: stationary bike, running, pilates, circuit training, and ab workouts. That in combination with eating healthy and a calorie deficit has been extremely successful for me.

I was injured and unable to exercise for a year during which I gained 20 pounds.

I have like a few pieces of chocolate, a cupcake, or a small order of fries once in a while, but only if I can still stay under my daily calorie limit and I eat healthy stuff the rest of the day.

I'm kind of considering it since my waist is a couple of inches too big for my liking, but I'm fine with my chest and hip measurements. I have lost over an inch from my waist in less than a month on MFP, just from diet and exercise, so I don't even think I'll need it though.

My school has an amazing gym with great equipment and classes, and it's super cheap for students, so I go there.

I usually get plain tea with nothing in it if I want caffeine but no calories. But if I want to splurge, I get a tall frappuccino with soy milk and no whipped cream in either green tea (230 calories), strawberry (250 calories), or vanilla (190 calories!!!) Oh no, now I'm craving one!

Height: 5'10" Weight: 123 Pants: US 6 Top: S or M These stats might seem small, but I have an extremely tiny frame (my thumb overlaps about an inch of my *pinky* when I wrap around my wrist) and I carry all of my fat in my belly and hips, so I look very disproportionate at any weight over about 115 lbs.

Diet (especially eating whole grains instead of white carbs) and exercise (cardio, weight training, and pilates because it focuses on the core).

Urban Outfitters. Aside from looking very chic and trendy, they are very comfortable and flattering. They are not even close to low-rise, but they never go above the belly button either. I have a unique body type (big hips but thinner long legs) and they are the only jeans that ever fit me.

There are so many soft foods that are healthy too. Applesauce, low-fat yogurt, and squash are the first that come to mind. Try whole wheat pasta or brown rice pasta instead of regular. I like doing a lot of different ab exercises so it's not as boring as doing a million sit ups, and it works all the different ab muscles. http://randomabs.com/ is a cool website where I get different ab workouts every day. Sometimes I do plain sit ups and crunches though. I think the most I've done at once is 200. :)
