what is the most sit ups you have done at one time? How many sit ups have you done in a day?

    I don't do sit ups just crunches. :-)

    I like doing a lot of different ab exercises so it's not as boring as doing a million sit ups, and it works all the different ab muscles. http://randomabs.com/ is a cool website where I get different ab workouts every day. Sometimes I do plain sit ups and crunches though. I think the most I've done at once is 200. :)

    53 at once/ 70 in a day i think

    24 squats. Which is kind of a situp.

    I dont do complete full ROM situp due to some weird sound coming from knee.
