Most scales are not accurate. Mine can fluctuate by three pounds, depending how I "lean" on it. When I'm depressed, I lean backwards to get a lighter reading......if I am serious about weighing myself, I step on and off a few times and take the average. Good luck, don't let the scale beat you up. Focus on the good things…

You are SPOT ON! I have been doing this for 25 days and only have a 3 pound weight loss......not as bad as the original poster's, but depressing to me. I try to take pride in the fact that I am getting healthier and stronger, no matter what the scale says.
