listen to your body , if you need a rest day take one.. i always have a free day/ rest day on sundays and it has been working really well with me for the last 3 months so i am continue to do that... :)

i use soup cans at work or at home look around for something comfortable to hold.. i have even used shampoo bottles.. really like the water bottle idea..

being so sore.. for me .. each day got tougher.. i am also doing leslie sansone walk at home videos.. and a couple outdoor walk/jogs.. no weight loss for the week stayed the same.. but i can wear pants i haven't been able to wear for a couple years.. so it is working!!! :)

if you have netflix you can do it on there.. also on you tube on the computer.. and most library's have them for rent.. :)

you could also try the apple and pear with cranberry juice .. with or without the yogurt.. also i love mixing cranberry and orange juice together.. i think the banana apple and yogurt would be good with that.. hope these ideas have helped..

oops just saw it's apples not apple juice so i would go with a little bit of oj or milk with a little bit of stevia and the above ingredients.. :)

it depends what you like.. but i would go with the mango banana yogurt and either one of the juices my pref. being apple... smoothies are hard to mess up.. just put what you like... :smile:

just muscle... don't worry if the inches are coming off that is the most important.. and you're getting healthier.. don't worry the weight will come off .. just try and be patient.. i know it's hard.. but it will be worth it.. :)

i just came across a recipe I call fiber one clusters.. 1 box of the original fiber one cereal.. with one bag of chips.. I used dark chocolate and i added a tbsp or 2 of natural peanut butter... so melt the chips in dbl boiler add p.b. and pour in cereal... mix together .. put spoonfuls onto wax paper and refrigerate ...…

i do a lot of her workouts and log it as 4.0 miles per hr.. for however long you did it.. then i will log the warm up and cool down for around 2.5 miles per hr.. hope that helps...:smile:

THE THING IS THE WAY YOUR DOING IT IS MORE OF A LIFESTYLE CHANGE.. AND MUCH EASIER TO STICK WITH FOR THE LONG TERM... TRY AND STAY POSITIVE.. AND JUST FOCUS ON HOW MUCH YOU HAVE LOST... THAT IS AN AMAZING NUMBER.. GREAT JOB!!!
