  • I am 5'11 and I started out at the end of January this year at 255lbs and I am now 212lbs. I am so excited about where this journey is taking me. I still have a ways to go but I am on my way there :) No stopping until I meet my end goal.

  • I am in it for July too, I think you should keep it closed because of your new family addition you don't want to eat from a platter but more from a plate in all areas of your life. Don't overdo it, try to enjoy your new addition.

  • Keep it up, dont quit. You will see the results sooner or later. Just make sure you are eating enough calories and drinking plenty of water. I promise you it will get better. Remember even thought the scale may not be moving your body is changing. Just please don't give up.

  • Stay with it Jen, I t will be well worth it in the end. Try to see what you can change in your diet and exercise and work to do that but don't give up. Are you drinking a fair amount of water, maybe you need to up your water intake. Keep it up, it could be worse and you could have gained so youa re doing something right. :)

  • Just finished my Day 3 Week 2. Yay. Lets get in everyone.
  • I have notice this new found strength in my core. I have a long way to go, but it feels pretty good. Week 2 Day 3 on Friday and we made it through another week. How awesoem is that. I really enjoy this challenge it is reallyhelping me stay focused, it gives me soemthing to push for on those 3 days.
