I'm 5'1 and currently weigh 174. I started at 188.5 lost 14.5lbs since January 6th. My goal is 125. I used to weigh 123 pounds before having kids therefore hoping I can get back down to that. Even at that weigh I found I needed to lose back then. (I was 107lbs at 20 years old) But at this point I will be extremely excited…

I've been doing it since Jan 6 and it has toned me and I have lost 11 pounds and 7 inches so far. I also bought some of her other DVD's. They are intense but a great workout. I did Level one for about 2 weeks maybe more before I felt brave enough to go to the next level. But I have recently switched to level 3. Horay.....
