Hey all,
I want to challenge myself to lose 10lbs the month of April. That's 2.25lbs a week. I would like you all to join me, because we all can benefit from this. We have to weigh ourself on 3/30 or 4/1 and be -10lbs on 4/30! This will be a good challenge to test yourself and see just how strong you really are. Remember it's all mental and as long as you coach yourself and stay grounded you can do this. Have some self-discipline, motivation, patience and determination and you TOO will accomplish anything!!
