I've been yo-yo-ing all of my life...but just had my a-ha moment a couple of days ago...when I realized just how much better I feel when I'm eating better and exercising more...and how much of an influence I am on my daughter. I don't want her to struggle with the same unhealthy habits.

I did really well on it a couple of years ago, too. I felt great. The problem I had was that as soon as I starting adding some of the healthy carbs back into my daily routine - some cravings started coming back. Carbs have always been my weakness - and as soon as I fell off the train - I had a really hard time getting back…
