if you are basing your calories off of what mfp has calculated, and you said that you are "moderately active" or any of the activity other than sedentary, i don't think you are supposed to eat the exercise calories back, because mfp already has that figured into the calories that they allow you. ? i would stop eating…

well, my first goal i reached i bought myself a kindle fire :) my big goal, if i can reach it before my sister in laws wedding, will be to either, skydive, paraglide, parasail, or zipline. :) if anyone prefers one of these over the other please send me a message because i've never done any!

you will do great! :) i found out i was pregnant with my first daughter when i was 21. i am still with her daddy today, and we have 4 beautiful little girls. i am only 29 years old and have lots of energy and am able to keep up with my young family. :) shame on anyone who is not supporting you when you need support. :)…
