OMG!!! That just happened to me. I just came home from my MD. I've been diagnosed as pre-diabetic and will be tested in 2013 to see if there are any changes. I need to lose the weight now. Help!!!

I has a teaspoon of a slice of Valentine's Day cake and threw away the rest!!! I just couldn't see wasting my calories on cake no matter how great it was.

The same thing happens to me. I find it easier to break up my breakfast calories and have a smaller breakfast and the rest of my breakfast calories at about 10:00am. I always get hungry at about 10:00am, no matter what I've had for breakfast!

Atkins, hands down. I lost the weight but couldn't keep it up and when I started eating carbs, it was overload!! I gained everything back and then some!

Try protein for breakfast. When I eat oatmeal or cereal for breakfast I'm ravenous by 10am. I think I'm sensitive to carbs in the morning, you might be too. Try a boiled egg or a protein bar.

Have you tried hummus? I'm a bit picky about veggies too and was surprised that they tasted so good dipped in hummus.

I exercised even though I feel really tired and stressed. I feel like if I've done something good for me.

I'm 4.94ft but I always round it up:). 5lbs look like 15 on my frame which is not skinny. Thanks for starting this thread.

Don't beat yourself up and don't try to 'make up' for yesterday's indulgences. You'll just caught in a cycle of unhealthy eating. It took me ages to get that! Each day is a new day.

I eat them all the time. it's an easy way for me to count calories. I just wait til they go on sale and stock up on my favs. I do cook but some days a TV diner is perfect after a stressful day!

I eat them back because #1 I haven't been exercising as much as i should and i don't have a lot of them and #2 it stops me from feeling deprived and then overeating.

Don't beat yourself up! I ate 5 slices of ham and pepperoni pizza last night. Now that's a blowout! But today I'm not beating myself up (which is what I would have done in the past) I got up and started eating healthily again.
