Weighing my food. It’s shocking how much I was underestimating my meat intake.

It works well for me. I eat from 11am-7pm. I’m seeing improvements in my waist size. I exercise every morning and don’t have any negative side effects.

Going to a favourite restaurant and ordering a healthy option and not feeling deprived! I'm slowing training myself to like healthy food.

There's literally thousands of food products already logged in the database so it's easy to log your eating. Don't despair. I thought that I'd never calorie count again but this isn't calorie counting. This site doe that for you.:smile:

I read this and agree with that one about current Phys Ed classes. In a regular class most kids just stand or sit on the gym floor for at least half of the time. We need to take the focus off of the jocks and give kids more exercise options in Phys Ed classes.

Same here! I lost about 6lbs and just thought that I could do it without logging my food intake. bad idea. So I'm back to the tried and true. Logging food and exercise.:happy:
