Along with getting to bed early, it also helps to have a workout buddy that you're going to meet at the gym. A friend and I meet M-F at 5am. Leslie Sansone walk away dvds are good. You could also see if your library carries workout dvds and try some out before buying anything.

So yummy!! I didn't have old fashioned oatmeal, so I used a packet of nsa cranberry and a packet of Quaker lower sugar apples & cinnamon instant oatmeal. I baked them for about 21 minutes.

I've made them a couple of times. My family and I love them and I tried them out on some friends who loved them too. Make sure they are completely dry before baking. Also, I found the more bitter ones were the ones that I didn't cut the thick stem/vein out good enough.
