you can make up your own exercise with it. thats what i had to do. I just made a Wii Zumba Fitness exercise for it because i couldnt find it either.

i have the zumba wii game, and its just as intense as the videos, it gives you 3 levels of intenstiy, low, mid and high.....and the mid is even a lil too instense. I use almond milk and i love it! It's got a slight sweeter taste but not over intense! i would suggest trying it and see how you like it!!!!
