They are two completely different workouts so it depends on what you are looking for. I haven't done Insanity but I did Turbo Fire and lost over 20lbs and 15 inches in 90 days. They are a lot of fun if you want good cardio and to lose weight. Not so good for strength training. There are a couple DVDs for that but it is mainly kickboxing style cardio. Clearly they work and they really are fun to do once you get the hang of the moves!0

hmm, ok thanks guys!!!!! i'm gonna look more into the turbo fire!:bigsmile:0

If you are looking for more cardio based I would go TF. If you want cardio with strength I would go Insanity. I liked them both but TF is definetly more "fun" were Insanity is boot camp style.0

Turbofire is much more fun than Insanity! And definitely easier- start there and then move to Insanity when you're done.0

Hi!! I hope you like turbofire, I love it, but have yet to lose weight, and its been a month. But I think it just has more to do with my diet I LOVE to eat, and I get famished when I am exercising hard. I also have a hard time curbing my cravings for things like burritos and cheeseburgers.0

yea those burritos and cheeseburgers will get ya.... it could be that your gaining muscle which is why your not losing... i dont have will power either...its been hard, i'm slowly changing my diet..0
