I have started with some of the shakes this week (once a day). I will be going to a meeting on Tuesday to learn more about the products. I have tried the strawberry cheesecake shake, banana split shake and the lemon cheesecake shake; they are all great. They are not chalky tasting at all.

I had wondered the same thing. I hardly ever reach my normal calorie intake much less eating an extra 600-800 calories that I burned on the treadmill alone. Kinda sounds like I'm hindering my weight loss. Right?!

I was so bummed this morning that I did the treadmill for 84.76 mins & burned 1000 calorie juburst to get my frustration out. I usually burn between 600 & 800 daily & do some weight machines.

I did not do measurements as I'm not sure where to measure. Any advice will be great. Thanks everyone for the friend requests
