  • I try and workout on the weekends...Saturday is not always easy and I may skip it but Sunday mornings I have a class so I do on Sundays. I work on Saturdays so if I work out it is after work and if hubby has something he wants to do as a family after I get out of work then I won't I will use it as a day off

  • I joined late but my weight on 7/7-306 7/16- 300.3 I had a doc apt today only reason I know for today. I usually weigh on Fridays
  • I would recommend waiting as well. This is also something I have thought of and the one I want is to finish the one on my back and right now of course I have rolls in the way of where it would finish, hence why it is not done. I will definitely be waiting!
  • Like many others it is probably water weight and have you had a bowel movement in the last day or so? I know weird question but that does add some as well. Call me crazy but I hate getting on the scale unless I have had one.
