  • I have a heart rate monitor that I wear. I found when I did the dance, aerobic, modern and what I actually burned using the heart rate monitor were totally different. I actually burn less then what I says under that category.

  • I'm in the same vote and its been going on 2 months the scale hasn't moved. But I can tell my clothes are fitting better. I think I'm going to hide my scale, like some of the other people suggested. It gets to frustrating otherwise.

  • I think the same thing when I watch the show too, it would be interesting to see how many calories are in one of the meals. its amazing to see what and how much food people put into one portion on that show.

  • I have a heart rate monitor that I use when I run or walk on the treadmill to get a more accurate reading for how many calories I burned during my workout, which it varies each time I use the treadmill.

  • I am usually under my calorie intake after my workouts. I do switch up my workouts between running, walking, zumba, P90X and elliptical and how long I exercise for. I will try eating more and see if that helps. Thanks for the advice!

  • I agree the 100 calorie packs are awesome for craving. Also I drink chocolate milk to get my chocolate fix. I have one cheat day a week for my cravings as well.
