Water Weight
So I have been drinking 10-12 8oz. of water for the past couple of weeks, but my water weight still seems to be through the roof. water weight
is it possible from the water I have been drinking to be gaining a lot of water weight? My weight has been going up (some) and not down, and I have noticed it in my stomach. I try to drink about 6 glasses a day, If I drink more I am not hungry to eat and then I am way under on my calories.

hit my plateau
I have been varying my calorie in take, how long I work out and what I do for working out (an hour or an hour and a half) and still can seem to shake the last 1-3 lbs (depending on how much I weigh from week to week) Just wondering what other people have done to get over their plateaus or if anyone has any suggestions.

How many days should one workout
How many days a week should one workout when they want to lose weight and get tone. Right now I work either 5-6 days a week for and hour to and hour and a half. I have friends who only workout 3 days a week for an hour and watch what they eat and are losing more weight then I am with working out 5-6 days a week. Any advice?
