you look amazing! such an inspiration to me. my little guy is 6 months old and now that he's been sleeping through the night I actually have some energy to get back to "me time" working out. never been big into lifting but after seeing your before and after pics will definitely be doing lifting along with my cardio.

I love running outside when its cold, since I don't sweat as much... Make sure you dress in layers. I also run with gloves on that I can take off and put in my pockets in my hands get to hot.

mine came out to 164 calories per mini pie. this recipe is looking at a each graham cracker as 4 little squares which make up the 2 full crackers, not a lot to make crust with 2 tablespoons of butter. If you do actual full crackers and use 8 of them, it comes out to around 164 calories. Still low cal and so worth it, they…

I usually run on the treadmill 5 times a week, I switch it up each time I run...sometimes I will do interval running with inclines, sometimes interval running with speeds and then a combination of both speed and inclines. I workout at night and have a tv on to my favorite shows so it makes it go by fast. Or I watch a movie…

I did all those things you mentioned while pregnant (plus worked out during my entire pregnancy) and only gained 20 lbs and still got the stretch marks. I do think a lot of it is genetics too

SNAKES...totally freaked out by them, when I was little my neighbor friend was showing me a little garter snake, like 2 inches from my face and it had its mouth open like it was going to bite me, man did I run home crying...I can handle frogs and lizards but snakes just creep me out...I think is also has to do with them…

I do both just to switch it up...I have a treadmill and elliptical at home (no gym membership)

I know my last 5 lbs were the hardest to lose...and seemed to take forever to me to get rid of them (my weight didn't change for over 2 months). I started switching up my workout routines more and changing my calorie in take from day to day to switch it up as well and that seemed to help.

I have only done the zumba cardio party and that sounds about the same for the calories burned when I do a half hour. When I do an hour its a little over 300

I have a Polar FT4 as well and love it. It make you push yourself more in your workouts. I was the same as dawnna76 and it was a real eye opener for me too, since I wasn't burning as many calories as MFP said I was in their estimates.

I allow myself 1 cheat day/no working out a week (where I don't keep track of my calories) doing this make me look forward to my cheat day and not fall off the wagon because I know on my cheat day I can have that piece of cake or whatever it maybe.
