advise on wedding outfit...

I'm looking for some honest advise, my mum is getting married this time next week, I have a dress I've not worn as yet do you think it's ok? I'm not sure about the colour?
I'm not a bridesmaid or anything and it's quite a small affair. Sorry for the blurriness!
