Whats a good combination

I would like to know what would be a good meal (or meals) that would be considered the right amount of carbs, fat and protein, since I always seem to go over on one of the three each day and feel like this is the one point I haven't been able to figure out right on this lovely journey. (I am also have a standstill in losing weight, since my weight hasn't changes in over a month) Any advise would be wonderful.
