your body is used to your work outs etc.. its called Plateau..
my non expert suggestions are:-
Mix it up.. if you go to gym/run/ cycle.. try maybe dancing the night away /boxing or roller blading?.. different muscles different regions.. shake your body back up to speed
also.
dnt eat less.. since you have increased yoru work outs you should be eating MORE.. not less?? try stick to your recommended calories as its very true about your body going into starvation. YOu will just become lithargic and extra tired...
its all about mixing it up for your mind and your body

When you say you are eating under you calorie goal, what exactly is you current calorie goal set at? If it is 1200 and you are eating under that, then that could be your main problem. ALot of people body tend to go into starvation mode, when they aren't eating the right amount of calories, and that forces the body to hold onto the little food it does get and in turn stores it as fat.
If you haven't already done so, I would suggest you measure yourself. You could be gaining alot of muscles, hence the scale doesn't go down, but you could possible be losing inches.
Also, what does your sodium intake look like? Shouldn;t be more than 2300 mg, but should be alot closer to the 1500 mg mark, and lower if possible
Just have to try and tweak different stuff here and there. Everyone has a problem with losing the last 10 pounds

I'm the same, can't shift those last few pounds, so last week started zig zagging my calories, and alternating between cardio and gym work each day. Will be weighing in this Friday, I had better have lost something, or else I give up....... Lol0

I am usually under my calorie intake after my workouts. I do switch up my workouts between running, walking, zumba, P90X and elliptical and how long I exercise for. I will try eating more and see if that helps. Thanks for the advice!0

I understand. The less you have to lose, the longer. I'm working on it, too!0

It takes "patience" also when losing weight I had a period where I didnt lose anything over 2 months.
Just keep working and it will show in the long run.
Also instead of being worried about your weight try measuring yourself instead.
You might be losing inches and gaining muscle.0 -

Agreed.
And with such workouts like P90X you need to make sure you eat enough just to maintain regular body performance. a.k.a not go into starvation mode. If you don't eat enough, your body will simply store the food you eat as fat, because it thinks you may go for long periods of time without eating.0
