I will never understand why people spend so much energy trying to deter people from doing what they may love. Even if you tried it and hated it that's YOUR experience, who are you to tell everyone who has a GREAT experience that they are doing wrong? Some people know how they felt at a certain weight and want to get back there also some people have deadlines for holidays and are making a goal to work towards. Personally I like to have a goal because I push myself to get their but if I don't its not the end of the world.

Eat just for flavour, not because I was hungry. I still find it hard to stop when something tastes good, luckily I eat fairly healthy meals and snacks.

It really is, I don't generally use the forum but im shocked at how many people are just trying to laugh at you rather than be supportive. I used a HRM while doing insanity which is where I got the 600-700 stats from, 800 is not much more so are we now all saying that insanity is over doing it? I really appreciate the helpful answers apposed to the know it alls :)

Guys, the ticker below shows just ONE goal. I appreciate the 'she's crazy' style comments but really I just wanna know the best way of achieving high calorie loss / high heart rate. I don't agree with 1lb MAX being a goal at all.

Thanks guys !! / I used to burn 600-700 doing 45min insanity, I just don't have the space to do it anymore. I want to burn that amount because I am looking to lose around 2.5lb per week for 10 weeks, therefore creating a larger deficit.

I mean I can get to the gym for upto 1.5hours in the morning but I can spare another hour of an evening.

I have the same issue, I done 40mins of Insanity and my HRM said 700cal burned :-0 It does have a chest band and I would love to believe it but it seems too much?

I only count pure water, my rule of thumb is that my pee should always be clear and fragrance free :laugh:
