  • I just bought a calpal, it is not a pedometer. It is a calorie counter, but you can put in your exercise calories as well. I got it on Amazon.com. I use it when I am really on the go and cant get to my computer for fitnesspal. In my experience no pedometer has ever worked, but I always went for the less expensive ones.

  • I love Coke Zero and drink a lot of it. I am still losing weight at a good pace. I have a friend who drinks it like crazy and she is dropping sizes, so I don't know either!
