If I burn about 200 then usually I won't touch them just because I sort of built that into my calorie allotment. Large calorie burns I'll eat at least half or all of them if I'm hungry. Whatever I don't eat I usually make up for it on weekend splurges lol

Maybe up your protein, and lower carbs a bit unless you are very active?

Kaizen whey from costco in both the vanilla and chocolate. 150 cals a scoop and 32g protein. 1 g carbs and less than 1g of sugar.

Wow! A whole year... I guess if thats how long it takes though, I just have to hang tight. My number was close to 4 I think? I pretty much went on supplements right away after that. So not the same. Hopefully people will be understanding.
