I don't use a gym per say, but I have a treadmill and weight machine in my basement. Both are instrumental to losing weight for me.

I did some research on wheat how it impairs weight loss/health when I read "Wheat Belly." So I removed wheat from my diet and lost 3 lbs in a week. So if you want some fast weight loss, read that book and try it :)

I weigh myself daily as well. Weight fluctuates a couple pounds day to day, so you end up seeing a general trend down (we hope). Also, it lets you know if you've eaten too much the day before. Personally, I don't rely on clothes. I feel much more confident when I'm thinner than hiding behind fabric. But, to each his own.…
