Maybe try a light healthy dinner and 1 or 2 glasses of wine, rather than the whole bottle?

Maybe try eating a healthy snack on the way home. Or try chewing gum while cooking. I've heard that sometimes helps. Maybe it will hold you over until you are ready for your healthy meal.

Hi, I'm hoping I can get some ideas for more snacks that are low carb. I do peanut butter and almonds and things like that, but beyond that, I'm drawing a blank. I get a lot of carbs with my meals, but need to spend more calories without carbs. There have got to be lots of options, but I'm having trouble coming up with…
