I usually get 6 to 6 1/2 hours...... but I feel pretty good! =)

force yourself to walk, do something..... if its cold out go to a mall or store and just walk...... I promise it will get better! I've been there.... take your meds faithfully and be completely honest with your Dr. Hugs to you!!!!

I workout at 5am but always eat breakfast at 7:30am - I take meds in the morning when I get up so I usually always eat a banana on the way to the gym and its just enough to help me not have sick stomache from meds and have some energy too! Banana's are great for my muscles!!

I am hoping to put one or two up today before our oldest daughter goes back to college tomorrow! I am having a hard time with the Holidays this year...... my first year without my Mom.... I am trying my best to keep my spirits up for my family.... but inside, I'm broken hearted.

you put me to shame!!! 30 day shred kicked my butt, I stopped on day 4 and need to restart it!! ( in my defense, I am doing a bootcamp class 3 x's a week too - cardio and lifting for 60 minutes ) :bigsmile: way to go!! you are doing awesome!!!!:drinker:

7:30am breakfast 10am snack 12:30 lunch 3pm snack 6pm supper..... I usually don't eat anything after supper!! =)

I found that I dropped a ton of water weight right away... then like 3 lbs a week..... then 1 lb.... now ounces a week.!!!!!!!! lol slow and steady wins the race!! :drinker:

I just started it and only did it 3 or 4 days last week...... then life got in the way. I don't know about results, but I do know it kicked my butt, literally and I sweat buckets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Enjoy!!

Last week my first 2 days of 30 day shred I did in the evening after supper, I was so dizzy and light headed.... no idea why!!!! I hate that feeling! I had eaten, and had drank plenty of water!!

Hugs to you! I completely understand!! :sad: Our 16 yr old daughter and I are working our tails off at the gym @ 5am - 3 days a week.... my husband brings home caseys donuts, m&m's, pop........... Grrrrrrrrr - totally defeats the purpose for paying all this money for gym classes and losing sleep and working so hard!!!…
