I did 3 days last week, got too busy over the weekend and didn't get it done, did it sunday morning and it kicked my butt, couldn't even finish it! don't take much for days off if you don't have too...... it was getting easier for me each time..... and now its like starting over!! Good luck!!

my guess is no they don't work ~ I think its best if we do ALL the work ourselves............ to get the best results!! If its too good to be true..... its really probably too good to be true!! =)

I'm not sure what the correct answer is..... but I am doing Jillian Micheals 30 day shred.... for 30 days. no rest days. granted its only 20 minutes.... but its a workout, you feel it, you sweat.... and Jillian says on there , "if you want to change your body you have to put stress on it" I am going with that and trusting…

I also walk to work and back most days, 10 minute walks 3 to 4 times a day. I go to a bank and clean right after work from my regular job- I clean like a mad woman for 60 minutes and sweat like crazy!!! So why am I not 120 lbs? lol I know patience!!!!! ugh!!!

thanks!!! I do bootcamp Mon - Wed & Fri also..... so far I'm not terribly sore...... my hip, shoulders and arms are tender..... but not enough to complain about! lol Today is only day 3 of 30 though!! =)

I've been thinking about his too. I started lifting more 5 weeks ago.... the scale stopped going down much.... infact it was up 1 lb this morning... but I had to much fun on the weekend, and TOM started today too..... but my clothes fit better...I feel better.... So, how long does this last? because I am picture a 177lb…

I have heard that alot of people don't lose a ton of weight doing it, but tone up! I am all for that too!! Its surely can't hurt me I figure!!

I just bought this last night! I am so excited to start it! question; I do Bootcamp Circuit Training Classes Mon-Wed and Friday at 5am. Should I do the shred on those days too? start and just do 30's straight??? Thanks so much for all the info!!! =)

we have Just Dance 1 here.... I never play. I do like 1 better though, I think I can do those moves better! I will dust it off and add it to my workout this winter when I can be outside!!! How do you know how many calories you burned??
